No tie in periods, if you’re not happy with our service you can cancel whenever you wish. There is a contract, so as you know what to expect from us.
We work with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) people around the globe, including celebrities, royalty, business leaders and distinguished families. Our client’s privacy is paramount, and we will never publicly disclose them, but some are happy to take reference calls.

In a way our entire service is a trial service as we don’t lock you into contract periods, if you’re not happy you simply walk away.
Unlike recruitment agencies we don’t charge introduction or replacement fees because we see it as a partnership, if your happy you will continue to use our service.
Your monthly charge per team member is based on a variety of factors, like their role, rota period, locations, as well as your requirements around replacement times etc. Once we understand your needs, we will issue you a monthly charge for the service.
We have team members ready to go … but we will not send anyone until we understand what you need. We move quickly but also efficiently.
So far, it’s never happened as our team members are very experienced and adaptable but if it does, we will replace them with another team member in hours.
In emergencies we can have another team member with you in hours.
We conduct above and beyond extensive security and background checks on every team member that we supply.
The team member is briefed before they arrive, based on the notes provided by the previous team member on your needs, preferences and requirements. It might be a new face but they are armed with the knowledge so their integration will be as seamless as possible.
