Our team fully understand they are there to help you in any way they can. We select our team not just on their skill levels but also their positive can-do attitude and demeanour. Our commitment to our team for ongoing development and training also means they may be able to help you in other duties too as they arise.
You simply pay us a set fee for the service of our team member, and we take care of all these matters. International travel and need visa’s etc, again we take care of whats required on your behalf. You don’t need to worry about holidays, illness, pay negotiations, severance, employment rights in different countries, as you are no longer their employer.
We are not an agency just throwing CVs at you. We work with you to understand your current and future requirements as well as the personality fit too, to ensure the best match is achieved. Let’s be honest though our team members are human, things change, and we may need to replace them. That’s on us and we will handle all of that for you ensuring it’s a super smooth transition for all, with no fees whether it’s one month or one year after they started.
Life changes and more demands may be placed on you, we fully understand this. That’s why we provide you the flexibility of adding more team members on a short-term or seasonal basis. We can plan this in advance for you or react quickly to your changing needs.
