In hours. We can mutually decide on how many hours is required for each role in a contract.
Team members sign 100-year NDA’s that we rigorously enforce, it’s part of the selection process to weed out dishonest people. We are determined your secrets will remain just that.
Thats our responsibility. Team members have access to training materials; personal development plans and certificates are kept current by us.
No. We hope a team member will stay in their role with you for a considerable amount of time. Thats why we have regular catchups with you and the team member to ensure everything is positive.

Currently we have roles for a Nanny, Butler, Household Manager, Chauffeur, Housekeeper, Personal Assistant, Private Chef, Groundsman, Maternity Nurse, Private Tutor, Gardener, Gamekeeper, Stable Manager, Yacht Captain, Private Pilot, Security but we are also happy to consider other team members.
Extremely. All team members regardless of their role receive security training, so they understand how to react in a threat situation.
