Understanding your requirements, preferences, needs … is part of our service. Team members update a portal on a regular basis, so in the event the team member needs to be replaced the handover will be as seamless as possible and cause as little disruption to your environment.
We look to be predictive. We provide a managed service not a CV library, that’s why we are in regular contact with you and our team member too, so as we can predict when issues may occur and address them before they even arise, if that’s at all possible, to ensure the highest level of continuity.
When we select a team member to work with you, we understand you … your lifestyle, your ambitions, your workload to understand which team member will be the best fit for you and your environment. It’s in our interest to make sure that fit works, as unlike agencies, there is no fee to replace a team member in our service. So continuity for you, is actually our business model too.
